Message: Everything that happens to you doesn't feel good, and faith doesn't require you to lie about it. Some things hurt.
Some things disappointed you. Some things changed you. You can love God and still admit, “Lord, this one hurt.” Healing begins when you stop pretending the lemon tastes like sugar. Bring God the disappointment exactly as it is. He can handle your tears, questions, frustration, and and honesty. You don't have to call the pain good to believe God can bring good from it.

Scripture: Romans 8:28 KJV- And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Affirmation: I WILL NOT FAKE MY WAY THROUGH THIS SEASON. WHAT HURT ME, HURT ME—BUT IT WILL NOT HAVE THE FINAL WORD. GOD IS STILL WORKING, EVEN HERE.
