Message: Everything that sounds spiritual isn't from God. Everything that feels good isn't His will. Manipulation often dresses itself up as love. Control often hides behind concern. Deception rarely introduces itself as deception, it comes looking like opportunity, comfort, or wisdom. Stop accepting words simply because they came from someone you admire. Even good people can give bad advice. If it contradicts God's Word, leave it alone.

Scripture: 1 John 4:1-  Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

Prayer: Lord, sharpen my discernment. Expose every lie before it becomes my truth.

Affirmation: I would rather question a person's words than question God's.
