Scripture: Psalm 118:8 KJV- It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man.

Truth: Stop giving people the remote control to your emotions. They call, you feel good. They don't call, you fall apart. They approve, you feel worthy. They reject, you question yourself. That's too much power to give another human being. Your joy cannot depend on someone's ability to recognize your value.

Today's Joy Challenge: Spend today NOT checking for validation. Don't check whether they viewed it. Don't wait around for the call. Don't obsess over the response. Don't measure your worth by someone's attention.

Instead, write three things GOD says about who you are.
