Encouragement:Your inner voice has been practicing certain sentences for a long time—but it can be retrained. You are not stuck with the voice that criticizes, doubts, or shrinks you. Every time you choose kinder words, you weaken the old pattern and strengthen a new one. Speak to yourself like someone you are responsible for helping, not hurting. You don’t have to believe every negative thought just because it shows up. You are allowed to challenge it. You are allowed to replace it. And slowly, your inner world begins to sound like peace instead of pressure.
Scripture: Proverbs 18:21- The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit. The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.
Affirmation: My words build me up, not break me down.
