Scripture: Nehemiah 6:3(AMP)- So I sent messengers to them, saying, “I am doing a great work and cannot come down. Why should the work stop while I leave to come down to [meet with] you?"
Message: Everybody will not understand your assignment. And guess what?T hey don't have to. Nehemiah understood that distractions could become dangerous when you're building something God assigned you to build. Stop abandoning your assignment every time somebody doesn't clap for you. Stop shrinking because somebody thinks you're doing too much. Stop seeking permission from people who were never given the vision.
Food For Thought: What God called you to build deserves your focus more than their opinion deserves your attention.
Affirmation: I am committed to what God called me to do. I will not come down from what God called me to build just because somebody doesn't understand it. I will finish what God started through me.
