Message:
Some pain cuts deeply, and forgiveness can feel impossible. That is okay. You are not expected to do hard things in your own strength. Bring your hurt, anger, confusion, and heaviness to God. Ask for help where your heart feels stuck. God can carry what you cannot and strengthen what feels weak inside you.
Affirmation:
God strengthens me where I feel weak, restores me where I feel empty, and carries me when I no longer have the strength to carry myself. I am not abandoned in hard seasons. Grace meets me here, peace surrounds me here, and even now, God is working within me, through me, and for me. I do not have to fear my weakness, because His strength is greater than anything trying to break me. I am held, guided, renewed, and deeply loved.

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. — Philippians 4:13
