Message: Pain visits everyone.
Bitterness moves in when we invite it to stay. Bitterness slowly poisons joy, peace, relationships, and even our walk with God. Healing begins when we surrender our pain instead of feeding it. Don't carry tomorrow what God asked you to release today.
Scripture: Ephesians 4:31-32 (KJV)- Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
Affirmation: I release every burden into God's hands. My heart is healing, my spirit is growing, and bitterness has no place in me.
Prayer: Lord, teach me to release what You never intended for me to carry.
