Message: Somewhere along the way, I lost pieces of myself trying to save relationships, carry burdens that weren't mine, and become everything everyone else needed me to be. I smiled while I was breaking. I stayed when I was empty. I poured until there was nothing left. But today, I make a different choice. I choose to come back to the woman God created before life wounded her. I choose to believe that I am still worthy of love, joy, peace, and purpose.
Scripture: Matthew 11:28 (KJV)- Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Prayer: Father, bring me back to myself. Heal every place where I forgot my worth. Teach me to see myself the way You see me.
Affirmation: Today, I choose to find myself again.
