Scripture: 2 Corinthians 5:17- For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

Message: Just because something existed before you does not mean it has to continue through you. You may have inherited patterns, but you don't have to inherit their outcome. You can be the person who says, “It stops with me.” Through Christ, you have been given the opportunity to walk differently, think differently, love differently, and build differently.

Prayer: Lord, I declare that destructive patterns do not have to continue through me. Give me wisdom to recognize unhealthy cycles and courage to break them. Help me choose forgiveness over bitterness, faith over fear, obedience over rebellion, and healing over repetition. Let my life become evidence that transformation is possible through You. In Jesus' name, amen.

Declaration: The cycle stops with me. I am a new creation.
